Yes! All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express at a flat delivery fee.
Orders shipped outside of Australia, are not inclusive of duties and taxes and will be shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Noble Label is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office.
All orders shipped within Australia are shipped by Australia post. Orders shipped internationally are shipped by DHL express.
In the case where Australia post or DHL is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Noble Label is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, Noble Label is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. If your parcel has been returned to us, our customer care team will be in contact with you.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases; if for any reason you change your mind, we’re happy to refund or exchange all items excluding Archive Sale, as stated on the product page.
Email us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@noble-label.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We do not refund costs for shipment in the case of a return.
All items must be in their original condition and must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.

Garment enquiries
We know purchasing online can be tricky when it comes to sizing. Specific measurements can be found on our Size Guide page. If you are still unsure, please message or email us - we're pretty quick to reply!
As part of our ethos to be responsible when it comes to making clothing, we only produce in small batches at a time. This ensures each garment is of high quality and that sustainability practices and workers conditions aren't compromised to get product out the door.
If your size is out of stock, we recommend signing up to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Not at the moment! We are exclusively online only, which allows us to offer a fairer price and direct support to our customers.
Payments
We currently offer Afterpay and Klarna.
Definitely. For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards. When applying your welcome discount code please ensure it is applied at the second stage of checkout in the 'apply discount code' section. The welcome discount code is only eligible for first time shoppers. The discount code is eligible on all orders including sale items.

When entering your credit note/gift voucher at checkout, please ensure it is applied at the second stage (after the shipping details) of the checkout in the discount code section.
Please check that you are entering in the correct details when applying your voucher and ensure that it has not expired.
